How to Close Your Account

These are the instructions for requesting an account closure.

If you have decided to close your BCard account, we are sorry to see you go🥲 There are a few steps that need to be followed to close your account properly.

1. Make sure your account balance is zero. Your options include spending any balance, purchasing a gift card from Amazon or similar for the balance amount or presenting your card to your bank for a one-time transaction (Note: some banks may not support this option)

2. Make note of your Admin ID (under Profile > My Information)

3. Log out of your BCard Application

4. Complete this Account Closure Request Form.
